Slider

The <slider> element displays a slider component to change the current page, volume or zoom level.

type	STRING		Either pages, zoom or volume
orientation	STRING	horizontal	Either vertical or horizontal
size	INTEGER		In pixels. If absent, the slider size will adapt itself to the container
bg	STRING		Specifies a graphic resources from a library or a media canvas to use as slider background. The graphic resource will be stretched to the slider size
level	STRING		Specifies a graphic resources from a library or a media canvas to use as slider level indicator. The graphic resource will be stretched to the level size
shiftStart	INTEGER		Shift in pixel of the origin point of the slider button. This attribute is used to constrain the slider button inside the slider background
shiftEnd	INTEGER		Shift in pixel of the maximum point of the slider button. This attribute is used to constrain the slider button inside the slider background

The <slider> element can contain a <button> element which will define the draggable slider icon.
